"Program
Plan"
-
Make sure that your is
up to date and have it on hand when you register for your
courses. If you require an update to your program
plan, contact the Webster Office and schedule an appointment
with our Academic Advisor, Jennifer Ord.
-
“I have orders to go
TDY the last three weeks of class. Can I still finish
my class?”
-
Yes, you
can as long as you do not miss more then a maximum of four
classes per term. Students who have not completed all of their required
coursework will receive in “I” from the instructor –
which stands for “Incomplete”. The “I” is
placed on the student’s academic record until such time as
all outstanding course work is completed. Once all
outstanding course work has been evaluated by the
instructor, he/she submits a Change of Grade form to the
Webster office. The grade submitted then replaces the
“I” designation on the student’s academic record.
Students have
up to one year to complete all course requirements and to
insure that their final grade has been received and
processed by the Registrar’s Office at Webster’s Main
Campus. If all outstanding course work has not
been completed – and a final grade is not on file in the
Registrar’s Office before the one year deadline has
expired, the “I” will become a permanent “IZ” on the
student transcript – and the student will be required to
repeat the course.
-
“I need to withdraw
from my class. What do I need to do?”
-
Students may
drop a class during the first two weeks of a term without
incurring tuition costs. After the add/drop period has
expired, students may withdraw from a course; however, a
percentage of tuition costs will be incurred. Students
withdrawing at week 3 of the term will be held liable for
50% of tuition charges. Students withdrawing at week 4
will incur 75% percent of tuition charges. At week 5,
a withdrawal will be assessed at 100% of tuition charges.
Students are
not allowed to withdraw from any course after week 6 of the
term.
-
“My class was
cancelled. Why wasn’t I notified?”
-
On occasion,
it has been necessary to contact students regarding class
cancellations. Unfortunately, in the process of
attempting to contact students, we encounter problems due to
obsolete home and work phone listings. If your
contact information has changed, (home/work phone
numbers/addresses) please report this information to the
Webster office as soon as possible.
-
“I haven’t gotten
my grades for last term. When will they be mailed to
me?”
-
“I’ve lost my
password. How do I get another one?”
-
All new
students receive a password (a case sensitive series of
alpha and numerical figures) by mail from Webster’s
Registrar’s Office during the 3rd week of their first
class session. In addition, a student ID number will be
mailed to each student. SAVE THIS INFORMATION.
It represents your only access to your individual student
record on the Webster website. Should you
lose your password, you may reset it by Clicking
Here. Scroll approximately half way down the Online
Services web page and follow the instructions regarding
“Resetting your Password”. Your password and ID
number will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days.
-

advisor, Jennifer Ord. She will complete a revised
program plan for your new program curriculum. Also,
you must complete a Request for Change of Program form, to
be submitted to Webster’s Main Campus. These forms

-
“I’ll be TDY during
registration. How can I register for my classes on
time?”
-

to register yourself online, or provide a copy of your
orders to the Webster office. Staff members will
complete your registration for you. Also, a family
member can register for you at the Webster office.
Remember: you must stop by the Webster office and sign
your registration form immediately upon your return.
