MBS textbook shipping rates
changed:

Effective immediately, MBS Direct has
significantly increased shipping rates for textbooks. Refer to
the Official Textbook List for the new shipping rate schedule.

Africa has been cancelled for the Summer 2008 term.
Modified Office Hours:

Without a Petition to Graduate, the
University doesn't know you are finishing your degree and therefore
does not process your degree completion paperwork.

planning worksheet with you at the time you register for
classes. If you require a revised program plan,
contact our office at 746-4747 to make an academic
advisement appointment with Jennifer Ord. Ms. Ord is
available for Thursday morning and afternoon appointments.

Credit Hour HRDV Issues Class being offered at Westport
Campus

The Westport Campus is offering HRDV 5500: Issues in
HRDV: Attitudes and Motivation in May 2008 between the
Spring 2 and Summer terms. This course is a 2 credit
hour course offered with completion in just two weeks...meet
two weekends (Friday evening and Saturday days).
If you need one or two credit hours to complement transfer
credit, consider HRDV 5500.

Bring a copy of the front of you ID card if you are Active
Duty Military, Retired Military, Military Reserve, Military
Dependent, Civil Service (ID would say, "Air Force
Civilian."), or Federal contractor at Scott and save on
tuition at the Scott campus.

projected enrollment of Summer 2008 through Spring 2, 2009.

Effective Immediately
Credit card payments will no longer be accepted in our
office.
In
order to ensure that a customer’s credit card information
remains secure and that the University is in compliance with
current industry regulations, we are discontinuing use of
paper forms for credit card payments.
Options for credit card payments are as follows:

Online payment – Since April 2006, students have
been able to pay their student balances online. Student
statements and the online payment portal are accessible
only through Webster’s web registration.

Phone – Students as well as parents or employers
can contact the Business Office at (800) 981-9803 during
standard business hours 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday
through Friday.
The Scott AFB office will
continue to accept checks and money orders as payments.

Effective, January 8, 2008...
The Summer 2008 schedule and term dates has just been
released. Our normal one week vacation between the
Spring 2 and Summer terms has been extended to two weeks
this year and we will still have our two week vacation
between the Summer and Fall 1 terms.

Interested in buying used textbooks? Check out our
list of used books other students want to sell.

protect our student's privacy, we will not publish contact
information on the internet. If you are interested in
purchasing one of these used books, you MUST
come into our office for a printed copy of the used text
book list. Book sales are between students and there
is no recourse though our office. Please make sure you
have the correct book, edition, author, etc. before you
purchase the book.

- Webster Email Address
Webster University Staff and Faculty will only be using your
student Webster email address.
If you do not know your email address

All military personnel requiring military
tuition assistance funding,
must do their paperwork online through the Air Force Portal.
The education services center can assist you with this
process.
New Requirement: You must provide a copy of your Webster
program plan to the education services office when
requesting help with your online tuition assistance
processing. New students must provide their program
planning worksheet to the education services office for
initial tuition assistance online processing instruction.
Copies of instructions for online tuition assistance
processing are available in the Webster office.
Base Entry
All students requiring Base Entry passes must
notify the Webster Office no later than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of
the term. Students need to obtain their Base entry
passes at the Visitor's Center located at the Shiloh Gate.
The Visitor's Center is the first building as you enter the
base through the Shiloh Gate.
Operating hours for the Visitor's Control Center at the Shiloh
Gate will be as follows: 06:00 to 18:00 Monday through
Friday, 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays and closed Sundays and
Holidays. During operating hours the Visitor Control
Center will provide the following services: Issue
visitor passes, register vehicles (issue 2220s/2219s),
enroll personnel in the Biometrics system for METRO link
gate entry and issue all contractor & vender passes.

You will find a comprehensive resource explaining the online
programs, including syllabi, course descriptions, program
information, admissions and enrollment information, textbook
information, and even a "Guest Center" where you can sample
a course. Before enrolling in your first online course
you must contact an online academic advisor at
