    Tuition Rates

    Tuition changes as of the Summer 2010 term. 

    These prices are effective for the 2010-2011 academic year.

    Tuition Eligible Students
    Military
    Military tuition - resident courses $321 per hour Active duty military, reservists, and national guard taking resident classes at all U.S. campuses.
    Online graduate tuition for military $458 per hour Active duty military, reservists, and national guard enrolled in online graduate courses or programs
    Military Affiliated
    Military-affiliated - Scott AFB resident courses $321 per hour With documented eligibility, retired military, spouses of retired military, and military dependants taking resident classes on a military installation.  

    The following employees of the Scott AFB installation may also be eligible: federal civil service including non-appropriated fund workers, and federal contract employees.

    Non-Military
    Non-military affiliated - Scott AFB resident courses coming soon Non-affiliated civilians enrolled at a Webster University campus located on a military installations on a space available basis
    Online graduate tuition for non-military coming soon All students, except for military students (active duty, reservists, & national guard), enrolled in Webster University online graduate courses or programs
    St. Louis tuition (graduate resident courses) coming soon All students, except for military students (active duty, reservists, & national guard), enrolled at St. Louis area campuses (other than the Scott AFB campus).

    Prices are subject to change.  Increases usually occur for the Summer term. 

    Documented eligibility required for all discounted rates - active duty, reservist, national guard, retired military, spouses of retired military, military dependents, federal contract employees, federal civil service, and non-appropriated fund workers. 

    Coming Soon Tuition Rates

    The tuition for non-military affiliated students attending resident courses at the Scott AFB campus will increase approximately 4%.

    Active duty military tuition - Scott AFB resident courses $312 per hour Active duty military  taking resident classes on a military installation
    On-line graduate tuition for Active duty military $445 per hour Active duty military enrolled in on-line graduate courses or programs
    Resident graduate tuition for Active Duty military (metropolitan campuses) $312 per hour Active duty military enrolled in graduate courses or programs in residence at a metropolitan campus. 
    Military Affiliated
    Military-affiliated - Scott AFB resident courses $312 per hour With documented eligibility, reservists, national guard, retired military, spouses of retired military, and military dependants taking resident classes on a military installation.

    Non-military affiliated - Scott AFB resident courses $395 per hour Non-affiliated civilians enrolled at a Webster University campus located on a military installations on a space available basis
    On-line graduate tuition for non-military $635 per hour All students, except for active duty military students, enrolled in Webster University on-line graduate courses or programs
    St. Louis tuition (graduate resident courses) $565 per hour All students, except for active duty military students, enrolled at St. Louis area campuses (other than the Scott AFB campus).

    Prices are subject to change.  Increases usually occur for the Summer term. 

    Bring a copy of the front of your ID card if you are Active Duty Military, Retired Military, Military Reserve, Military Dependent, Civil Service (ID would say, "Air Force Civilian."), or Federal contractor at Scott and save on tuition at the Scott campus.

    The Scott AFB office continues to accept checks and money orders as payments.

    Online payment
    Student statements and the online payment portal are accessible through Academic Services in Connections.

    Pay your bill online

    1. Sign into Connections
    2. Click the Student tab
    3. Click Student Academic Services
    4. Reenter your Connections user name and password
    5. Click Statement / Pay Online
