Federal Compliance

The self-study found the University to be in compliance with the Commission’s “Federal Compliance Program.” This included the requirements for credits, program length, differential tuitions; Title IV compliance including default rates; fair and accurate advertising and marketing materials and their references to the Commission, or to the institution’s accreditation status; and other compliance measures including “Third Party” notices on the comprehensive evaluation visit.
