Engagement and Service

The self-study found that Webster knows and identifies its various constituencies, and that the institution maintains processes and has commitments to meet high standards of excellence and service.

As a multi-campus network, Webster University works diligently to be “One University.” The University is engaged in the communities we serve, and the self-study found high levels of service commitment among staff, faculty, and administrators.

Students and alumni consistently report high levels of satisfaction, and many external organizations with which the University works often consider us a “preferred provider” (e.g., U.S. Military Educators).
