Sexual Misconduct Training
As part of Webster’s commitment to providing a discrimination and harassment free
learning environment, all new students will need to complete an online sexual misconduct
awareness and training course. This course provides students with information on University
resources and presents bystander intervention techniques.
All new undergraduate students throughout the global network are required to complete a non-credit, online sexual misconduct awareness and prevention course. New undergraduate students will automatically be enrolled in the online “Sexual Misconduct Prevention Training Course” after classes commence for the fall semester. New undergraduate students who enroll at Webster in future terms will automatically be enrolled in the course approximately one week after classes commence for that term. This course was prepared with the assistance of student scriptwriters, actors, narrators, and producers.
All new graduate students throughout the global network are required to complete a similar non-credit, online course. New graduate students will automatically be enrolled in the graduate student version of the course approximately one week after classes begin for the term in which they join the Webster community.
Questions regarding the training may be directed to the Office of Student Affairs at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional programming opportunities will be provided at the Webster Groves campus and at each of the international campuses.
Faculty & Staff
All Webster University employees are required to complete the Webster Professional
Development Series online course on Sexual Assault, Harassment and Other Sexual Offenses.
The course is comprised of four separate chapters, each followed by a brief quiz. The total program takes about ninety minutes, but employees can easily take it one chapter at a time or start and stop the course as needed. Employees will have multiple opportunities to successfully complete each quiz.
If you have not already taken the course you will receive an invitation to participate via WorldClassroom, our on-line platform. Questions may be directed to email@example.com.
