After being accepted to Webster University, you will receive a letter from the St. Louis Registrar informing you of your password. This password, along with your Student Number, is used for Registration and Services Online and Connections. Your Student Number is also used to access Passports, Webster University's online library.

Extended campus staff members cannot supply you with your password. If you do not know your password, see the instructions below for information on obtaining it.

Registration and Services Online

From here, you can register for classes, obtain your grades, and make payments. The User Name is your Student Number and the Password was sent to you by the Registrar's Office.

If you do not have the password, select Reset Password instead of Student Login. The new password will be sent to you via U.S. mail. Passwords cannot be faxed or e-mailed.

Connections

From here, you can check Webster e-mail, view announcements, and access online courses, registration, and billing information.

The first time you log into Connections, you must set up your account. Initially, the User Name is your Student Number (or social security number) and the Password was sent to you by the Registrar's Office.

If you do not have the password, you can get a temporary password by contacting the Help Desk by phone at 1-866-435-7270 or by e-mail at support@webster.edu.

Once logged in, you will be prompted to “Set up the Account” which includes the personalization of the password and the presentation of your new username (which is the first part of your Webster e-mail address (before the @webster.edu).

Passports – Webster University Library

Some portions of the Webster University online library (i.e., databases) require a password. The password is your Student Number.

If you are not enrolled, access may be denied. Students who are not enrolled but require access to the library (to work on Incompletes or 6000 projects) should call the library at 1-800-985-4279 to request a temporary password.
