Counseling Program Resources
The following links provide information about our Counseling program and connect to
downloadable versions of forms needed for practica and internships, as well as transcript
request forms.
These program plans are for students who start in the term indicated and enroll in
two courses per term until graduating. If a student is not able to follow a program
plan in its entirety, the student should consult with an academic advisor to obtain
an individualized program plan.
