For non-degree seeking students, Webster University will NOT accept Employer Reimbursement as a payment method but will accept Direct Billing. However, if the student does not have a 100% tuition benefit, the student must pay their portion up front.
When registering, be sure to indicate the payment option(s) you will be using. The following list should help you determine which options apply to you.
(PD) Paid by Student
If you are responsible for any portion of your tuition cost, that amount is due two weeks prior to the beginning of the term. If you are registering within two weeks of the term, payment is due when you register.
(ER) Employer Reimbursement
Many companies will reimbursement an employee for a percentage of their tuition cost upon completion of the course. To qualify, students must submit their company's policy to Webster University. Webster University will then defer tuition payment until the end of the term. In many instances, employers require proof of payment before they will reimburse you. We suggest that you make payment during the last week of class. Please be advised that if you don't make payment within the appropriate timeframe, you are putting yourself at risk to be placed in a prepayment status in order to register for future classes.
(FA) Financial Aid
Financial assistance in the form of Stafford Loans is available to eligible Webster University graduate students, regardless of income. The amount of financial aid available may vary for each student and is determined by the Financial Aid Office at Webster's main campus in St. Louis. Application forms are available on this website or you can pick them up from your local campus. Students have one term to complete the required paperwork and have their loan certified. Because this can be a lengthy process, early application is encouraged.
(TA) Tuition Assistance
ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY: Active duty military students receive a discounted tuition rate at ALL Space Coast Campuses. Students must turn in their TA form authorizing Webster to bill the government before the term begins. TA money has limits and the student is responsible for any amount not covered. When registering under the TA pay code, please be sure to specify that you are active duty.
GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES: In order for Webster to bill the government for payment, students must submit a completed TA form to their local campus. (Government employees DO NOT get the active duty discounted tuition rate.) TA money has limits and the student is responsible for any amount not covered.
(VA) Veterans Benefits
Active duty military or veterans may be eligible for VA funding. To determine your eligibility for benefits, call the VA at 1-888-442-4551. You may also visit the VA website.
(DB) Direct Billing
The various branches of the military, Federal civil service, and some private companies authorize the University to bill them directly for all or a portion of a student's tuition each term. (It is the student's responsibility to pay any portion of the tuition not paid by their employer.) Those employers who participate in direct billing will normally issue a form or letter each term approving the student for that specific term and authorizing Webster University to bill them for tuition. It is the student's responsibility to obtain approval for specific classes and terms and to submit their authorization form to the local Webster office each term. Direct billing papers are due at your local campus prior to the beginning of the term.
(TM) Deferred Tuition Plan
Students must fill out a deferred tuition plan form. There is a $25 enrollment fee per term. (If you are registering for both terms during the Fall and/or Spring, there will be one $25 enrollment fee.) Tuition is paid in two installments per term and is automatically deducted from a credit card of debit account. Contact one of the Space Coast Region Campuses or visit the Webster University Monthly Payment Plan website for more information.
