To the Webster University Community,

Welcome to our strategic planning (“The 2020 Vision”) website. Webster University is now engaged in a comprehensive initiative to plan and to implement our future goals and objectives. This process will renew our institutional mission statement, create a vision statement, clarify our core values, and most importantly outline the priorities of our future. The new strategic plan, when completed, will guide our shared work and will assist us in assigning our human and fiscal resources. The plan will have shared goals and objectives, all with measurable expected outcomes.

For this initiative to be effective, we need your input. You can easily share your suggestions with the Strategic Planning Committee (see the participation/comment box to the right). The committee will post all of its ongoing work on this Web site (minutes, working documents, draft reports, as well as the final products). Please keep yourself informed and involved with this important University initiative.
