    Student Guide for Turnitin

Your instructor may choose to use Turnitin in your class by adding a special link on your course home page in WorldClassRoom for you to use to submit your paper for grading. Turnitin creates an "Originality Report" that matches text from your papers to text from academic databases, the internet, and other student papers, assisting the reader in identifying if text is a direct excerpt from another source.

If your instructor has chosen to do so, this Originality Report may be made available to you to improve your paper by resubmitting after making sure everything has been properly cited and quoted.

Click here to download a guide that explains how to submit your paper and how to use an Originality Report.
