When your financial aid is disbursed to your account, this amount will be deducted from your financial aid prior to you receiving any refund. If the amount is not repaid through financial aid or other means, you will be denied registration the following semester, transcripts will be withheld, and you will be ineligible for future consideration for the Money for Textbooks program.

I attest that the answers to the above questions are true to the best of my knowledge and that I understand that the amount used for purchases in the Bookstore will be applied to my University account. There will be a $5.00 processing fee charged to my account.
