The MCISA has dedicated this page to operate as a resource to Webster's population of female students, faculty, and staff. The MCISA strives to build an on-going support system for women's efforts; a forum for exploration and education on issues of importance and interest; and campus and community resource referrals to assist women in achieving their goals. This page is designed to be a catalyst in these efforts.
