Melissa Anderson: Leading through educational programming
Jenn Christ, senior media communications major

When Melissa Anderson was a freshman, she applied for a position as a resident assistant. Gaining the position as a sophomore, Melissa benefited from the experiences from that position and took advantage of the opportunities to educate others through programming. Now a junior as a second-year R.A., Melissa now is one of the most recognizable leaders on campus. Her leadership position within residential life has not only given her experience that she can apply in the workforce, but also has a positive impact on her developmental experience at Webster.

Student Government Association seeks new leaders

Your student wants to have a voice on campus? Encourage them to become involved with the Student Government Association! With the beginning of the spring semester, there will be seven open positions—6 senator positions and the secretary position. Applications are now available and can be picked up in the SGA Office, located in the Student Leadership Center of the University Center.

Finding my niche: a student perspective to living at college

Deferred Tuition Plan
From the Business Office

With tuition, fees, room, board, and other expenses, college is pricey and managing your budget is complicated. The Deferred Tuition Plan (DTP) introduces a new and easy way for graduate students and undergraduates to pay their educational cost. The DTP takes away some of the stress of paying tuition by allowing you to stretch the payments over time.
