Southeast Asian Cuisine

Our executive chef Todd Lyles traveled to Napa Valley this fall to learn more about Southeast Asian cuisine from the best at the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Todd displayed his new skills at an event on December 6 in Marletto’s Marketplace. I sampled some of his creations from Southeast Asia and loved every bite. The duck spring rolls were amazing and the soup with shrimp and scallops was so good…all I can say is “oh my!” Our students are fortunate to have this kind of culinary expertise on campus. It is quite different than what most of us experienced in the dining halls when we were in college.
