The Student Government Association has allocated funds to keep providing free newspapers to students on campus. Daily issues of USA Today and The St. Louis Post-Dispatch are readily available now in dispensers around campus. Students just wipe their ID card to get a free newspaper. The readership program helps to break the stereotypes that our younger generation does not read newspapers. There are five stands throughout campus. Students can find them located in the University Center, Webster Hall, next to Marletto’s Marketplace, the new residence halls, and in the Pearson House. An average of 300 newspapers are picked up daily by students.
