Refrigerator/Air Conditioner Rental

Students are permitted to have refrigerators in their residence hall rooms, one per room. The refrigerator size cannot exceed 4 cubic feet. Units may not be placed in closets. The residence hall kitchenettes have full-size community refrigerators. The WVA apartments are equipped with refrigerators.

You may bring an air conditioner, but it cannot exceed 8,000 BTU’s and 110 volts. You would only need this if placed in Loretto Hall. If you bring your own air conditioner you must install yourself. We will have physical plant check to make sure it has been installed correctly.

Rates

Large Refrigerator (approx 36” tall):	$44 for one semester; $80 for two semesters Plus $10 refundable damage deposit
Medium Refrigerator (approx 26” tall):	$40 for one semester; $72 for two semesters Plus $10 refundable damage deposit
Large Refrigerator (approx 18” tall):	$36 for one semester; $65 for two semesters Plus $10 refundable damage deposit
Air Conditioner	$65 for first month $25 for each additional month

Most reserved refrigerators and air conditioners can be installed before you move in.
