Guillermo A. Rodríguez
Director, International Projects
Guillermo A. Rodríguez is Director of International Projects and Study Abroad at Webster University in St. Louis. He oversees the Office of Study Abroad of the university and coordinates other international programs. A native of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, he moved to the St. Louis region in 1994 and has been at Webster University since 1998. Rodríguez holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Administration degree in Management from Catholic University of Puerto Rico at Ponce.
In addition to his professional duties, Guillermo volunteers in various professional, service and civic organizations. He seats on the steering committee of the St. Louis Regional International Partnership, which he helped found. Guillo advises for programs in Belgium, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Italy, and Spain.
Assistant Director, OSA
Kim McGrath is an international educator with over fifteen years of experience from a broad range of institutions. Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, she has lived and worked around the world.
After finishing her BA in journalism at Truman State University, Kim worked at the Chicago Sun-Times until she began teaching in Peru where her background and language studies provided a springboard into international higher education. In her current role as Assistant Director, Kim oversees various partner and exchange programs and plays a key role in developing new Study Abroad initiatives and collaborations. She also advises for programs in China, Japan and Mexico.
Kim holds a BA in journalism from Truman State University and a MA in International Relations from Webster. She serves on a number of committees and professional organizations, presenting regularly on topics in leadership and international higher education. Her areas of expertise include international relations, communications, elementary and higher education, program development, non-profit and community outreach.
Kim has enjoyed working at Webster University since 2006.
Kimberly joined the Office of Study Abroad in 2008 and previously served as department associate. Prior to arriving at Webster University, she spent a semester studying abroad in Granada, Spain. Her fascination with other cultures has been ever-present—from an early interest in Spanish culture, to her own study abroad experience—and has inspired a career that has taken her around the world. Kimberly has traveled to England, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Thailand, Ireland, Spain, Scotland, Portugal, Mexico, Morocco, France, Czech Republic, Greece, and Italy. She is a graduate of University of Missouri in Columbia, majoring in Communications with a minor in Spanish. She loves traveling and photography.
Kimberly advises for Webster's international campuses in Austria, the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Thailand.
Jeanette has been with Webster University since 2011. Before joining the university staff, she studied abroad for a full year at Webster Geneva while working on her BA in International Human Rights and minors in French and Business. She became interested in the field of international education while completing her Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship follow-on service project as a volunteer with OSA. Jeanette has traveled to Switzerland, France, Algeria, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Mexico.
