This course aims to spread the understanding that local development is done in a participatory way and that minorities are majorities without voice. To have a Global Perspective about local development projects in South American countries means to believe that people (you) can make the difference in the world for better. The students might have access to texts, activities and Study Tour in Brazil to learn how next generation project can make an impact on people's lives.
