ART 3850: Art, Design and Culture in Japan
International Travel Dates: March 8-15, 2011 (Spring Break 2014)
Credit Hours: 3
This course is an intensive introduction to the contemporary art, design, architecture and culture of Tokyo, Japan. This course consists of daily visits to museums, studio tours and cultures spots in Tokyo. Students will experience Japanese aesthetic through culture and immersion into Japanese society.
Students will need to attend these four meetings, pre- and post-travel.
- 1/24 (Friday) 9:00 a.m.
- 2/7 (Friday) 9:00 a.m.
- 2/21 (Friday) 9:00 a.m.
- There will be a post-travel meeting for presentations on 3/28 (Friday) 9:00 a.m.
Tuition - Spring 2014 Tuition
Study Abroad Fee (non-refundable after deadline; due with application) - $150
Program Fee - $600**

*Regular undergraduate tuition fees apply and will be charged at the 2013-14 rate. For full-time undergraduate students, tuition charges are rolled into your flat fee if within the 18-credit hour per semester allowance.
