Students can attend Kansai University for one semester, one year or for the highly specialized Dual Degree program. While the Japanese Academic Calendar structure is different than the U.S. Academic Calendar structure, the program does operate on a semester basis.
Students who wish to study abroad at Kansai University must always begin the program starting in the Fall. Semester exchange runs from September through December, while a year exchange runs from September through July. Dual Degree students also begin in the Fall, and complete two consecutive year exchanges.
