    Students must arrange their own flight plans to Schipol International Airport in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Many travel agencies specialize in student travel and can also assist in obtaining railway information. STA Travel (800-781-4040) and Orbitz.com are two options available to you.

    From Amsterdam, students will travel 30 minutes by train to Leiden's Central Station where they will be met by Webster Leiden staff.

    Passports

    All students must have a valid passport to travel outside the United States.  If you have not yet applied for your passport, visit travel.state.gov for details.

    Visa

    Additionally, students are required to procure the proper visa for studying in the the Netherlands. Information can be obtained by contacting the Dutch Embassy or your regional consulate. Check their Web site for more information: www.netherlands-embassy.org/

    For your convenience, the Office of Study Abroad has generated instructional materials that will help you with the process of completing the forms required for your visa.  Feel free to use the following forms to assist you as your complete your student visa.
