Students must arrange their own flight plans to Bangkok, Thailand (Webster will escort students to Cha-am). Many travel agencies specialize in student travel and can also assist in obtaining railway information. STA Travel (800-781-4040) and Orbitz.com are two options.

Passport

All students must have a valid visa to travel outside of the United States. If you have not yet applied for your visa, visit www.state.gov for information on how to apply.

Visa

Additionally, students are required to procure the proper visa for studying in Thailand. Information can be obtained by contacting the Thai Embassy or your regional consulate. Check their web site and click on "Consular Services" for more information: www.thaiembdc.org.

Webster St. Louis students should use the Chicago regional consulate.  Visiting students should contact their regional Consulate.
