Alumni and Incomplete

 

* Alumni, within one year after graduation, may have limited access to the School of Communications facilities (does not include field/production equipment) in order to complete resume or portfolio material only. Requests must be in writing to the Director of Media Services Written requests should include the number of hours, the dates, and the type or equipment needed. Access will be during regular Media Services hours and during non-peak times (Christmas holiday, summer session etc.)

* Students requesting to fulfill incomplete grades must submit a written request stating student name and number, mentor, equipment needed, days and hours needed to complete work. This written request will be submitted to the faculty member issuing the incomplete grade. The faculty member will forward this written request for processing to the Director of Media Services
