Nicholette has over twenty years of experience developing Information Technology investments in the Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing and Higher Education industries. With a B.S. in Industrial Management from Perdue University and a minor in Computer Science/Accounting, she has a proven record of accomplishments as a senior IT executive and successful program manager for big six consulting and corporate organizations. During her career, she has managed numerous complex, multi-national/multi-million dollar projects, built several consulting practices, and established several Program Management Offices. Nicholette's specialties include Quality Management and Process Improvement, Talent Recruiting and Development, System/Software Integration, Software Development/Design, and Vendor Management.

Kristi Evans Lenz has worked in Webster Information Technology for over 9 years. Her experience includes user support, information delivery, process design/analysis and project management. Kristi holds a B.A. in English from Western Carolina University, a M.A. in Management from Webster University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally Kristi has published several papers on higher education IT support and presented information at regional and national conferences and plays and active role in groups such as SIGUCCS and Educause which focus on higher education technology. With over fifteen years in both corporate and higher education IT environments Kristi brings knowledge and experience to her position.

Dorothy has twenty five years of experience in Information Technology across several business platforms and a proven record of completing personal and business projects. She has successfully managed many large scale projects across several delivery systems. She has a strong functional knowledge of business solutions, networking, and IT driven projects. Dorothy received her Master’s Degree in Telecommunications, with a specialty in Project Management from the University of Denver. She has her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. She also holds a Masters Certification in Project Management from George Washington University. Dorothy is currently working on her Ph.D. in Dispute Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University.
