Sue WilcoxSue Wilcox

Sue Wilcox is a Results-Oriented Business Relationship Manager with a solid record of progressive growth and achievement. Sue is a self-motivated manager with a proven track record of building credibility, trust and performance with clients, executive teams and employees. She is a professional who has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage people, projects and finances to achieve a goal. Key skills include: managing projects, process and organizational change to realize business value on time and in budget, relationship development and maintenance, strategizing, organizing and leading. Sue is diligent, flexible and has the talent to remain calm under pressure.

Kristi Evans LenzKristi Evans Lenz
Project Manager/Business Analyst

Kristi Evans Lenz has worked in Webster Information Technology for over 11 years. Her experience includes user support, information delivery, process design/analysis and project management. Kristi holds a B.A. in English from Western Carolina University, an M.A. in Management from Webster University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, Kristi has published several papers on higher education IT support and presented information at regional and national conferences and plays an active role in groups such as SIGUCCS and Educause which focus on higher education technology. With over fifteen years in both corporate and higher education IT environments, Kristi brings knowledge and experience to her position.


Ron PointerRon Pointer
Project Manager

Ron Pointer has worked in Webster Information Technology for over 11 years. Ron is a results oriented manager with significant experience in networking technical services, desktop technical service, and project management. His expertise includes development, control and effective administration of departmental budgets with offsetting recoveries and extensive work in cost analysis. Ron holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Saint Louis University. Additionally, Ron has presented multiple times on telecommunications, networks and technology infrastructure for the Association of College & University Telecommunications Administrators.


Terri LucasTerri Lucas
Academic Liaison & Vendor Governance

Terri Lucas has worked in Webster Information Technology since 2000. Her experience includes management and leadership, technical support, and web design. Terri has served on a number of academic committees at Webster and has presented at Higher Ed conferences on the role of IT in an academic community. Terri holds a B.A. in Information Technology, and an M.A. in IT Leadership from Webster University. Terri recently joined the PMO team as Academic Liaison and will oversee Vendor Governance.


Kris ParsonsKris Parsons
Project Manager

Kris Parsons joined the PMO as a Project Manager in May 2014. Since joining the PMO, she has managed and assisted in multiple projects including the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project and business process optimization efforts. Her experience includes process mapping, design, analysis and improvement, as well as organizational change management and project management. Kris also serves on the Sustainability Coalition and has presented at regional conferences on influencing decision makers, campaign management and financing and legislation for a green economy. Kris received a B.A. in International Human Rights and an M.B.A., emphasis in Finance from Webster University.


Mohammed Halid  Mohammed M. Halid
  Graduate Assistant


Mohammed Mabrouk Halid joined the PMO as a Graduate Assistant in October 2014. Previously he worked as a Graduate Tutor for the Academic Resource Center (ARC). He was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa and received his B.A. in Business Administration in Accounting from Islamic University College in Ghana. He is an avid traveler, values open communication and active listening. Mohammed is a graduate student pursuing a M.S. in Finance in the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology.


Erica Oliver  Erica Oliver
  Graduate Assistant

Erica Oliver joined the PMO as a Graduate Assistant in October 2014. Erica was born and raised in St. Louis and received her B.A. in Legal Communications from Howard University in Washington, D.C. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Marketing from the George Herbert Walker School of Business & Technology and recently returned from a semester abroad at Webster University's London location. Erica is also a former student member of the St. Louis Club, as part of a program sponsored by Dean Benjamin Akande.
