NEW for the 2019/2020 Academic Year: Information Technology is pleased to announce walk-up services for the 2019-2020 academic year during select hours in Webster Hall 15 at the Webster Groves home campus. 

Services Offered

  • Assistance setting up Office 365/Connections accounts
  • Office 365/Connections password resets
  • Assistance configuring Webster email on a personal device
  • Assistance connecting to WiFi
  • Basic walk-throughs of Connections, Office 365 or WorldClassRoom (Canvas)
  • Work order entry for issues that need to be escalated to technicians or other IT areas
