Work Orders & Incidents
Request help with your technology or maintenance issues by submitting an incident report or work order to IT Direct or Maintenance Direct. Once a request is made, you will be contacted by IT or Facilities, and also have the ability to check on the status of your request online.
U.S. Campuses: Submit a technology request through IT Direct for technology issues, such as repairs
or installation of computers, networking, telephones, and software.
International campuses: Contact the IT Service Desk.
Maintenance & Facilities
St. Louis Campuses: Submit a request through Maintenance Direct for facilities-related requests, such
as building repairs, trash removal, and office moves.
