Request help with your technology or maintenance issues by submitting an incident report or work order to IT Direct or Maintenance Direct. Once a request is made, you will be contacted by IT or Facilities, and also have the ability to check on the status of your request online.


U.S. Campuses: Submit a technology request through IT Direct for technology issues, such as repairs or installation of computers, networking, telephones, and software.
