PLEASE NOTE: The IT Service Desk and the University are closed due to inclement weather from Friday January 13th - Sunday January 15th due to a very hazardous winter storm. The University is also closed on Monday January 16th for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr holiday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
Request help with your technology or maintenance issues by submitting an incident report or work order to Cherwell or Maintenance Direct. Once a request is made, you will be contacted by IT or Facilities, and also have the ability to check on the status of your request online.
U.S. Campuses: Submit a technology request through Cherwell for technology issues, such as repairs
or installation of computers, networking, telephones, and software.
International campuses: Contact the IT Service Desk.
Maintenance & Facilities
St. Louis Campuses: Submit a request through Maintenance Direct for facilities-related requests, such
as building repairs, trash removal, and office moves.
Previously, users did not need a password to log into Maintenance Direct. For security purposes, users are now required to create a password to access the system.
To set a password for your account, type your Webster email address in the login field and select Forgot Password?. An email with related instructions will be sent to the user to reset their password.
