Checking Work Order Status

  1. Log into the Cherwell customer portal using your Connections ID and password.
  2. You will see the status of your requests and incidents in the My Items section.

  3. Click on either My Service Requests or My Incidents.


    My Items

    Each item shows:

        • Ticket Number
        • Date item was created
        • Current Status
        • Description

Add a Comment to a Request

  1. Click on the radio button to the left of the ticket you wish to add a comment for.

  2. Click on the Menu icon at the top right of the box. Additional menu options will appear at the top.

  3. Click the Actions drop-down arrow at the top left and choose Add a Comment.

  4. Enter your comment in the provided popup window and click OK.

  5. You will receive a confirmation message.

Cancel/Withdraw a Request

  1. Click on the radio button to the left of the ticket you wish to withdraw/cancel.
  2. Click on the Menu icon at the top right of the box. Additional menu options will appear at the top.

  3. Click the Actions drop-down arrow at the top left and choose Withdraw/Cancel Ticket.

  4. Enter the reason you are withdrawing/cancelling the ticket in the provided popup window and click OK.

  5. You will receive a confirmation message.
