Checking Work Order Status

  1. Follow the steps to begin entering a new work order.
  2. You will see the status of your requests and incidents in the My Items section.



  3. Click on either My Service Requests or My Incidents.


    My Items

    Each item shows:

        • Ticket Number
        • Date item was created
        • Current Status
        • Description
        • Available Actions

Add a Comment to a Request

  1. Click Actions for the appropriate item.
  2. Click Add Comment.

  3. Type your comment in the dialogue box.

  4. Click Ok.


Cancel/Withdraw a Request

  1. Click Actions for the appropriate item.
  2. Click Withdraw/Cancel Ticket.

  3. Enter a reason why you wish to cancel/withdraw your request, then click Ok.

  4. You will receive a confirmation message.
