Logging on to IT Direct and/or Maintenance Direct
- Go to the Place a Work Order page.
- Click the appropriate link to enter either a technology request or a maintenance/facilities request.
- Enter your e-mail address that you used to register for your IT/Maintenance Direct
account.
- Click Submit. Your information will be pre-filled, and the system will ask “Are you ____?”
- Click Yes.
- You will be presented with the work order submittal page, the IT Request Form. You
may now enter your work order.
