Printer Supplies and Services

PrinterAll printers on the Webster network (except public printers in Emerson Library) should automatically notify Xerox when toner is low, and Xerox will ship a new toner cartridge.

If you are not receiving toner automatically, please notify Xerox directly at 866-505-7025. This can occur with printers set up as local (meaning they are not connected to the network), or those networked printers that do not remain powered on. We suggest you leave printers on so they may report low toner levels to Xerox.

Expended cartridges should be properly recycled. This can be done in one of two ways:

  1. Drop off empty cartridges at the Webster Groves Main Campus in Sverdrup room 107.
  2. Retain the toner box and mail back using a self paid label.

Unused cartridges can be returned directly to Xerox if desired. Fill out this form, then follow the instructions to return excess cartridges.

Faculty and staff at all Webster University’s U.S. campus locations should directly contact Xerox at 866-505-7025 to report mechanical problems.
