Training Available to Staff
The Constant Contact session prepares campus and department representatives to put new Webster Constant Contact accounts to use. Topics include: learning the purpose of the email management tool, creating contact lists, and sending email.
Designed for campus and group administrators, the Webster Alerts session focuses on types of alerts, administrator tasks, and sending alerts.
How to Request Training
To request a Constant Contact account, Webster Alerts administrator privileges, or training on either one, contact the IT Service Desk. Please allow two weeks lead time for account creation and training scheduling.
