Instructions for Entering an Online Workshop

1. Go to the web address indicated in your confirmation and reminder emails

2. Choose to “Enter as a Guest”

3. Type in your name (ex: Jane Doe)

4. Click the Enter Room button

5. You will see a blank screen similar to the one shown below while you  are connected to the workshop

6. You will be taken into the workshop, it opens in a new window.

7. The middle “share” portion of the screen will appear blank until the instructor starts broadcasting the workshop.
