We are excited to announce that Webster University has launched Zoom as our new web conferencing solution. We have selected Zoom for its simplicity and reliability, not to mention consistency across devices for a seamless user experience.

Recognized as an industry leader, Zoom provides a robust cloud-based solution for audio and video conferencing, online meetings, breakout room options, chat and collaboration. 

Timeline

Beta Launch for Faculty & Staff

Zoom will be made available to active staff & faculty for early feedback. Support is extremely limited during this phase. This phase is intended to collect feedback to prepare for Fall 1 launch.
Wednesday, August 5th, 2020
Initial Launch for Graduate Students, Faculty & Staff

Zoom will be made available to graduate students registered for the current academic year. All active faculty, staff and graduate students will be able to host meetings. 
Friday, August 14th, 2020
Launch for Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students will have their accounts loaded in the system and may host meetings.
Tuesday, August 18th, 2020
Feedback, Development & Service Improvements

Not all features & services may be available in our environment. Feedback will be collected on an ongoing basis.
