University Center reservations may be made by using the online request form or by calling (314) 968-7105.
Six facilities are available to reserve within the University Center. These spaces include three multi-purpose meeting rooms Sunnen Lounge, Conference Room, Presentation Room, the Commons, Grant Gymnasium, and the Pool.

Fax and copy services are both available at the University Center Information Desk. Copy charges are $0.10/page with a limit of 25 copies per person.
To send a fax, it is $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. There is no charge to receive a fax. The University Center fax number is (314) 968-7121.
Additionally, first-class stamps may also be purchased at the Information Desk.
ID cards can be obtained at the University Center Information Desk during normal building hours. Students must be currently enrolled at Webster and faculty/staff members must be employed at Webster at the time the ID card is made.
Those wishing to have an ID made must bring a current photo ID card (such as a driver's license) with them to the Information Desk.
The initial ID card is free. A replacement ID card will be issued for a fee of $10 payable by cash, check, or billed to a student's account.
The University Center offers memberships for use of the Pool, Gymnasium, and Fitness Center. Webster University students, faculty, staff, and retirees may use these recreational facilities free of charge with a valid Webster ID card.
Annual memberships are available for a fee for immediate family members of current Webster University students, faculty, staff, and retirees. Webster University alumni may purchase annual memberships with the limit of adding one immediate family member.
Pool memberships are available for purchase by the public. Current membership costs may be obtained by contacting the University Center Information Desk at (314) 968-7105.
Members must be at least 18 years of age to use the fitness center, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool and gymasium.
Free e-mail accounts may be obtained by students currently enrolled at Webster. There are several locations around campus which activate these accounts; these are the University Center front desk, the Registrar's Office, and Academic Computing Services.
To activate an account, a student must bring a valid Webster ID card to the Information Desk, and a Student Building Manager will provide assistance in establishing the account.
These accounts may not be utilized until 24 hours after activation. Computers in the Student Leadership Center provide access to student e-mail accounts.
