John Ginsburg
Director of the University Center

John supervises all units within the department of the University Center and Student Activities. These responsibilities include the Front Desk, the Fitness Center, the Pool, UC Reservations and ID Cards.

He also is responsible for the registration and oversight of student organizations, serves as a resource for student organization leaders and advisors, and is an advisor to the Student Government Association. John oversees the coordination of the Involvement Fair, the Officers' Summit and the student component of Homecoming.

John is originally from Albuquerque, N.M., and is a big baseball fan.

Jen handles reservations for the University Center for both on-campus and off-campus users. She also supervises the Student Building Managers who work at the Information Desk. Jen processes Student Bank requests for student organizations and coordinates the annual Student Handbook and Calendar.

Jen speaks German and loves John Travolta, playing piano and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Katie McComb
Graduate Assistant

Katie is the Graduate Assistant for the University Center and Student Activities. She supervises the Program Managers who work for Campus Activities and assists with the planning and implementation of major campus programs such as Welcome Back Week, Homecoming and Springfest.

Katie is originally from Rolla, Mo.

Myrna Homm
Coordinator of Aquatics and Fitness Center

Myrna supervises the pool lifeguards and fitness center attendants. She also serves as a faculty member teaching lifeguarding and other water-related classes.

Myrna’s office is located on the lower level of the University Center, right off the pool deck. It’s safe to say the Myrna loves being around the water!

Mike Stawski
Coordinator of Athletic Facilities and Assistant Baseball Coach

Mike oversees the various facilities utilized by the athletic teams, including the gym. He coordinates scheduling of athletic team practices and games. He also supervises the Facilities student staff that is used to prepare and break-down the gym and other facilities.

Student Building Managers

Student Building Managers operate the Information Desk of the University Center, perform set-ups for meetings and are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building.

Wilkinson Fitness Center Staff

Fitness Center employees monitor the usage of the Center and provide general upkeep of the machines. They also supply basketballs, volleyballs, and table tennis equipment for recreational use.

Pool Lifeguards

Customer service and daily operations are the lifeguards' major responsibilities, falling right behind the No. 1 priority of patron safety.

Campus Activities

Campus Activities Program Managers are student staff members of the Campus Activities who coordinate, execute, and evaluate programs and activities that will provide social, cultural and educational opportunities for the students of the Webster University campus.
