Adjunct Teaching Opportunities Schedule Webster University has five, nine-week terms per year:
Spring 1 starts in January Classes meet one night a week, 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Some courses are offered at both campuses. Click here to see schedules. Instructor Qualifications Instructors must have at least a master's degree directly related to the courses taught and significant professional experience in that area. For example, to teach human resources courses, the instructor needs a master’s degree in human resources and at least five years experience in HR with management responsibilities. College level teaching experience or adult teaching experience in a corporate training environment is strongly preferred.
