You will receive your password by mail after your first enrollment.
If for some reason you do not receive your password in the mail, bring your student ID number and photo identification to your local office to receive it.
Go to Registration & Services Online. You will need to enter your student ID number (as your user name) and your password to access your information.
If you have any problems accessing your information, please call the Registrar’s Office at (800) 987-3447 to receive help.
Business Office
All tuition payments, vouchers, reimbursement forms, military and government tuition forms go to the Webster University Business Office. Your financial arrangements must be completed two weeks before each term begins. Tuition payments can be made at the Westport Campus. If you have any questions about your account with Webster, you may contact the Business Office by phone at (800) 981-9803, by fax at (314) 963-6105, or by mail at 470 East Lockwood Avenue, St. Louis, MO, 63119-3194.

Computing Resources
Three computer work stations are available at the Westport Campus for student use. The student computers are located in the hallway area near the computer labs. This area is open during Westport Campus Office hours.
Also, computer labs are available during the daytime hours Monday through Friday for student use. Contact the Westport Campus at (314) 968-5955 to check availability each term.
You must sign in at the front counter to use the computers outside of class time.
Apply for financial aid online by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Find information on scholarships, get printable forms, and obtain other financial aid information from the Webster University Financial Aid Office at the Webster Groves home campus.
Read Webster University's student newspaper, The Journal, online for news about Webster, sports, entertainment, and campus life. The Journal is a winner of the prestigious Pacemaker Award presented to top college newspapers, and is published weekly from September to May.
The Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997 provides information about many new tax benefits for persons who are paying higher education costs for themselves and/or members of their families.
At the Writing Center located at the Webster Groves Home Campus, qualified writing coaches will work with you at any stage of the writing process, from ideas to final drafts.
