WINS Workshop: An Extension of the Generation Study Abroad Symposium in St. Louis

Will you be in St. Louis for Generation Study Abroad's International Symposium Series? If so, then why not extend your conference experience? Join the Webster International Network of Schools (WINS) for a half-day workshop, and explore additional opportunities to double your study abroad participation. Discover best practices and programs as modeled through the WINS program, a collaboration across Webster's international campuses (Austria, England, Ghana, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands and Thailand) and universities in the United States. This workshop will provide practical, hands-on information and resources available for Generation Study Abroad commitment partners within the WINS network.

Webster staff, faculty, students and partner universities will facilitate this engaging workshop at no additional registration cost. Attendees will build new impactful relationships, creatively address study abroad barriers, and gain up to seven new high-quality study abroad programs to supplement your institutional portfolio and support your institutional goals.

Registration is free and includes workshop attendance, materials, breakfast and lunch. And, the first 25 registrants also receive a FREE ticket to the Cardinals game on August 13.

8 am WINS "newcomer" coffee talk (this is a primer on the program, details on WINS Flies Five scholarship for Generation Study Abroad partners)

9 am Welcome and Opening Plenary
9:30 am Session I: Creating networks of Excellence and Global Citizens (this would be a WINS partner-led session)
10:30 am Coffee Break
10:45 am Session II: Academic Pathways and Portfolios (this would be digging into the courses and majors across our campuses)
