Compensation Proposals

On behalf of Webster University staff, the WSA Compensation Committee makes annual recommendations to University Leadership regarding compensation for the upcoming year. The proposal is submitted in January with any agreed changes going into place at the start of the new fiscal year. If a staff member is interested in serving on the WSA Compensation Committee, please contact the Compensation Chair at wsa@webster.edu.

Staff Survey Reports

Each Fall, the WSA Board releases a climate survey to all staff members. Responses are read and complied into a comprehensive report, and are utilized to help drive the Board's actions throughout the academic year.
