•    TILAPYA: YON POUASON MIRAK    Foliberte, Ayiti: Proje elvaj pousson, 1982. I can't be very neutral about this book. I am wild about tilapya. I marianade mine in a bit of extra virgin olive oil and ginger. Then get my grill very hot and grill them on each side for about 2-3 minutes. The olive oil makes the flame flame up high and I left them take a 10-20 second blast of that, crisping them just a bit. Dang, one of my favorite meals and an so healthy. In any case, this is a booklet about this wonder fish. 64 pages and in very good condition. I've spent a number of visits in Fort Liberty but had never heard of this project when there.
