The 1990 NOAC flap was also designed by Harry DeBan. It featured a navy
blue
rolled-edge border and a blue and dark blue background. The gold mylar
WWW's
from the S7 were modified and wrapped along the bottom of the flap. The
fdl,
'NOAC 1990', and 159 were stitched in red. Green stitching was used in
the
'HO-DE-NO-SAU-NEE' across the longhouse. Approximately 300? of these
flaps
were given to NOAC delegates. The flaps were also attached to
contingent
hats. |
