XI is a rectangular patch (115x78mm) issued as a countdown
to the Bicentennial year. The background is a black twill with a white
border.
The center of the patch contains a white cloud with a brown and gold
eagle.
There is a rainbow in the cloud as well as a red WWW and blue 1974.
'BICENTENNIAL
COUNTDOWN...', HO-DE-NO-SAU-NEE 159, and 'MINUS 2' are stitched in red.
