1969 Winter Skills Instructor Training Patch. This 80mm round patch has
a
white rolled-edge border and a light blue background. The patch has
been
verified as being distributed by the Portage Chapter OA. However, the
only
feature of the patch that suggests this connection is the existence of
the
previous patch and the red arrow (covered in ice) at the bottom of the
patch.
The patch details a cartoonish winter cloud blowing winter chill onto
two
horzontal green bars. "1969 Winter Skills Instructor Training"
and
"Stonehaven" are stitched in white. |
