This web page contains hyperlinks to forms that you will
need to use during this semester.The first form that
you will need to complete is the STUDENT SURVEY. You need to
complete this survey no later than the Saturday before classes begin. Surveys which are
not received by that deadline will have points deducted for each day that it is late.
The SEATING
REQUEST FORM allows you to reserve your seat in the computer lab.
Make two selections just in case your primary choice
has already been taken. Seats are assigned on a first-come,
first-served basis. Check seating
availability by clicking on the semester you are enrolling in. Cut-and-paste your results into the body of your e-mail
message.
