You can contact me by clicking
on the e-mail link at the bottom of each web page. However, the easiest
method is to download and save my VCF card to your Outlook or Outlook
Express e-mail program. (Most of your probably use them). If not, you can
cut-and-paste my e-mail address into whatever e-mail program you refer to
use. Usually when you enter my name in the TO portion of the e-mail
message and press the TAB key, your software should automatically retrieve
my e-mail address.
To make sure that I read your e-mail in a timely manner,
you should keep the following points in mind:
I use keywords to automatically sort
incoming e-mail and to place it into specific
folders in my e-mail program. If you use any of the key phrases I have
assigned for homework in the SUBJECT line of your message, I may not see
them in a timely manner because they will automatically be routed to the
homework folder ... not my INBOX.
If you have general questions about the
course or any of the assignments, I suggest that you use
ITM
5000 - HELP in the Subject line. That should catch my attention.
If you are going to miss class,
use the word ABSENCE
in the SUBJECT line since it will automatically flow to that folder. However,
I
will only see it whenever I decide to review that folder's contents. If you
want me to respond sooner, just use ITM 5000 for the
SUBJECT or something more descriptive like "I WILL MISS CLASS".
That way it will appear in my INBOX instead of some other e-mail folder.
