The following policy has been summarized from a memo
distributed by the Base Education Office."It is
imperative that students leave the telephone number 256-3327
with any parties who may call them in an emergency situation.
The caller must be able to
provide the student's name and the classroom
number, as a minimum. The college/university
and course number would be helpful.
However, the room number is essential. The night monitor cannot go from classroom to classroom looking for
people and disturbing classes."
If your spouse or children need to contact
you in the event of an emergency, please place the above information in a
place where they can find it.
Cellular phones should be set to
"vibrate mode" when you are in class so that you do not disturb
everyone else in the class if you do get a call.
