Make-up testing must be performed at the
following times designated by the Webster office:
Monday 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Friday 8:30 AM -
12:00 PM
These are the only times available for make-up
exams. Do not call to ask about alternative times. It is your responsibility to
make sure that you make it to the Webster office between the designated hours.
Special class assignments (if any) should be
sent directly to the instructor via e-mail or regular mail.
Do not contact me about scheduling make-up
tests.
The only exception is if you are going to take
the test prior to the scheduled test date. If you don't contact me, the office may not have
a copy of the test for you to take. Call Suzanne Hutcherson at 746-4747 to make sure that she has a
copy of the test before you show up.
If you cannot complete an assignment or test
on the designated date, it is your responsibility to contact me
prior to that date and to explain the reasons why. You may not unilaterally
decide to delay a test or assignment.
Failure to notify me in advance of an absence on a test night will result in an
automatic reduction of your test score by 5% (i.e., if you earn 90% on the test, your recorded grade
will become 85%).
Sending me an e-mail message will provide the
necessary documentation. The next best alternative would be to leave a message on my
answering machine (618-235-2475).
