Many of the topics we cover in these next two weeks are topics that many of you have never encountered. So it will be tougher to "fake your way" through these chapters. But you will learn some very important managerial concepts.

By the time you complete this course, you will have learned more than you had anticipated when you initially signed up for this course. But you will now know something about all of these different technologies and management techniques. And you should be better prepared to tackle the other ITM courses in the curriculum.
