Dr. Rishe has conducted over 50 studies since October 2000. They can be broken up into types of studies: economic impact studies and market research studies. Read on to learn the difference between these kinds of studies, as well as all the different events Dr. Rishe has worked on since 2000.
Economic impact studies (EIS) estimate the direct, indirect, and induced effects of how expenditures surrounding teams or events can impact a particular region in terms of increased spending, income, and taxes generated for a community. Dr. Rishe has conducted 27 economic impact studies since March 2000, including the 3 events Sportsimpacts will be starting 2006 off with.
