Professional Experience

Prior to coming to Webster University, Merideth worked in media communications and hospitality management. Her media communications experience includes direct mail marketing with Alaniz & Sons Inc. and market research with Market Directions/V. R. Communications. Merideth was promoted to the position of academic programs coordinator in December 2016. She started in the School of Communications as a department associate and was promoted to the position of representative in 2011. She has been with Webster University since 2001.

In the School of Communications (SOC), she provides support for students, faculty, department chairs, the associate dean, and the dean. She works on special projects including evaluation management; enrollment reporting and analysis; improving the reliability of processes and procedures; marketing summer camps; updating the website; and communications efforts for the School.

She is a member of Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Community Service Public Relations Council (CSPRC), and Delta Mu Delta (DMD) Honor Society.

Merideth was Staff Member of the Month in August 2014 and August 2009. She was the Webster Staff Alliance special events chair from June 2009 through May 2011.
